InFrame Bride Magazine is looking for the most creative wedding ideas; share yours with us! The basic rules are simple: you submit creative wedding ideas, encourage your family and friends to vote for your entry in the first round, and in the second round our judges select the best. There are virtually no limitations on the types of ideas that can be submitted—ideas may relate to favors, locations, honeymoons, themes, bridesmaid or groomsmen gifts, food or anything else you can come up with. The ideas simply have to somehow relate to a wedding. Please review the "Official Rules" below before submitting your entry. Best of luck and have fun! (Important: You must confirm your email address by clicking on the link in your email inbox from Strutta before you entry will be posted.)
1. WHO CAN ENTER: The InFrame Bride Magazine “She’s Got It! Most Creative Bride Contest” (the “Contest”) is open to individuals who are actively involved in the planning of a wedding and plan to get married after June 1, 2010. Only legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older may enter the Contest. Employees of Kristine Crawford Photography LLC d/b/a Wink Publications (the “Sponsor”), their agents, and members of their immediate families and households are not eligible for the Contest. All entrants must submit a wedding idea to the Sponsor. The Contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law or regulation.
2. HOW TO ENTER: Individuals may enter the Contest by submitting a wedding design idea on the InFrame Bride contest website at http://contest.inframebride.com. Wedding ideas must be submitted before 5:00 pm EST on May 21, 2010. Entrants should also submit a photo of themselves, which may be posted on the InFrame Bride website and viewed by the public. A photo may be submitted only if the entrant has all rights and permissions to submit the photo. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER.
3. WHAT YOU WIN: Each winner (three will be selected—please see “Winner Selection” below) will receive a professional makeover, a photo shoot, and a gift card for a two-night stay at Grand Traverse Resort & Spa (the “Prize”). The makeover will be at a salon selected by the Sponsor, and shall include professional hair and makeup, manicure, and pedicure. The Sponsor has the right to select one or more photos from the photo shoot to include in future issue(s) of InFrame Bride Magazine. Booking dates for the two-night stay are subject to the restrictions of Grand Traverse Resort & Spa. Each winner must be available for the entire day on Monday, June 7, 2010, in order to travel to Grand Rapids, Michigan and redeem the Prize. The Sponsor shall have the sole and absolute right to change the date of Prize redemption. If a winner is not available to redeem the prize on the date specified by the Sponsor, the Prize shall be forfeited and no alternate or substitute prize will be awarded to the winner. The approximate retail value of the Prize is $1,000.
4. WINNER SELECTION: Wedding idea submissions will be made available to the public through the InFrame Bride website. During the first round, members of the public will be invited to vote for their favorite submissions. Voting for the first round will begin on April 15, 2010, and will end as of 5:00 pm EST on May 21, 2010. Based on voting during the first round, twenty (20) submissions will be selected for advancement to the second round. The second round shall take place on May 22, 2010. During the second round, a panel of judges appointed by the Sponsor will review each of the twenty (20) remaining submissions and determine the three (3) winning submissions. If a winner cannot be reached by telephone after reasonable time and effort (as determined in the Sponsor’s sole discretion), is found to be ineligible, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, that winner will be disqualified and another winner will be selected by the panel of judges. If a winner does not claim the Prize, it will be forfeited and no alternate or substitute prize will be awarded to the winner.
5. CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: By entering the Contest, each entrant agrees (i) to comply with these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements; (ii) to be bound by the decisions of the Sponsor with respect to the Contest, which are final and binding in all respects; and (iii) that no claim relating to any allegation regarding the award, receipt, or use, of, the Prize, and no claim for damages, losses, or injuries related to the Prize, shall be asserted against the Sponsor or its agents, affiliates, sale representatives, or advertising and promotion agencies. The Contest is subject to U.S. federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The Sponsor and its agents, affiliates, sales representatives, and advertising and promotion agencies make no warranty, guaranty, or representation of any kind concerning the Prize, and disclaim any implied warranty concerning the Prize, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The Sponsor and its agents, affiliates, sales representatives, and advertising and promotion agencies are in no way responsible or liable for damage, loss, or injury resulting from (i) altered, late, lost, or incomplete submissions; (ii) human, telephone, computer, online, or technical malfunctions or failures (including network unavailability and disconnections); or (iii) acceptance and use of the Prize or travel in connection with the Prize. The Sponsor will consider entries to have been submitted by the person whose name appears on the submission form. Winners will be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility, publicity release, and release of liability prior to receiving the Prize.
6. USE OF CONTEST: The Sponsor reserves the right to pass along the information submitted by a contestant to a sales representative or affiliate of the Sponsor.
7. MISCELLANEOUS: Incomplete submissions are void. All federal, state, local, and provincial taxes, and all income and any other taxes, fees, and surcharges will be the sole responsibility of the winner of the Prize. The Sponsor reserves the sole and absolute right to suspend or terminate the Contest and to modify the rules of winner selection.
8. DISPUTES: Any and all disputes relating to the Contest or the Prize shall be subject to the internal laws of the State of Michigan and exclusive jurisdiction and venue shall be in the state or federal courts, located in Kent County, Michigan.
9. ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNERS: The names of the Contest winners will be posted on the InFrame Bride Blog at http://www.inframebride.com/blog on May 28, 2010.
